Bridal Trial Prep
Oh hey Girl! We can’t wait to meet up and try out your wedding day look! Here are a couple of helpful tips to make sure you have a successful bridal trial.
Find Your Inspiration:
Please bring a few inspiration photos for your hair and makeup ideas. We recommend selecting images of individuals with similar skin tones, hair textures, and face shapes to ensure the look will complement your natural features.
What to Wear:
Arrive in something white, off-white, or close to the color of your wedding dress. This will help us visualize how your color palette will come together.
What to Bring:
Be sure to bring any hair accessories you plan to wear on your wedding day, including your veil if you have one.
Good skin = Good makeup.
Healthy, hydrated, and smooth skin is essential for flawless makeup on your wedding day.
Skincare Routine Recommendations:
Morning: Use a vitamin C serum and moisturizer daily.
Evening: Apply a retinol or peptide serum suited to your skin type.
Always remove your makeup at night. Commit to your skincare routine, stay hydrated, and prioritize sleep.
Exfoliate Weekly: Regular exfoliation and monthly facials leading up to your wedding will help your skin glow. We highly recommend HydraFacials.
Things to Avoid:
Do not undergo any injections or cosmetic procedures within 2 weeks of the wedding.
Avoid trying new products (especially active ingredients) within 2 weeks of the event to prevent any skin reactions. Stick to the skincare routine that you know works for you.
Hair Prep:
Hair Prep:
For your trial, please arrive with clean, dry hair.
For Fine Hair: Avoid using heavy conditioners leading up to the trial or wedding day.
For Curly Hair: Follow your usual hair prep routine with the products you love. If possible, keep product application on the lighter side for the day of the trial and the wedding.
